Joe Plummer has been involved in the concrete business his whole life, as was his father before him. Joe started out working for a local poured wall man and then went on to work in the Twin Cities in commercial concrete. When he came back to the Ellsworth area, he bought out the man he used to work for and started Plummer Concrete.

In the late 80’s Joe’s team consisted of Joe and 8-10 employees. Since then, Plummer Concrete has grown to approximately 85 concrete experts who provide concrete footings, poured foundations, concrete flatwork, stone, brick and block masonry work, decorative concrete, foundation waterproofing, drain tiling and foundation insulating.

Plummer Concrete is a full-service business dealing with wide variety of projects for smaller homes to larger projects for multi-million dollar residences and commercial facilities. Over the past two decades, we have installed about eight thousand foundations.
